We started in 2017 a global Drop-shipped largest online retailers shop in Europe and world with authentic branded such as Adidas, Nike, Reebok, Puma, All-star many others and furniture. We’re 24/7 and always bringing something new products dropping on the weekly, bringing you the latest looks for less.

Our Charity Strategy
We all know that it's better to give than to receive, that's why we've plan to set up MIBANG Charity Programme to raise money to build a free cancer hospital for women and children in village where people are needy but we always want to do more. We would like to work to make a real difference to the lives of people around us and across the globe.

Our terms and conditions comply with UK legislation and are designed to ensure that our customers can shop easily and with confidence with mibang.co.uk. These terms and conditions only apply to web site sales. All goods remain the property of MIBANG UK LIMITED until payment is made in full.

Pricing
All prices are in £ sterling and including of VAT at the current rates. Prices are exclusive of packaging and delivery charges which are quoted separately. Prices may be subject to change without notice, but we will only alter the price after we have confirmed your order, if is to your benefit.

Accepting orders and security
When you place an order we will treat it as an offer to buy. If we accept your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your order number, at which point we make a legal contract with you. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will e-mail you as soon as we can to let you know.

When you receive your e-mail confirmation, you will have an opportunity to check the details. In deciding whether to accept your order we may use the information you have given to us, or we already hold about you, or which we receive from any enquiry we may make with various agencies, to confirm your identity. This assists us to protect you and us from fraudulent transactions. If we decline your offer on security grounds we may contact you to seek an alternative payment method.

Delivery
Our deliveries in the UK mainland are contracted to outside carriers who deliver Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays) between the hours of 8-30am and 5-30pm.
We will inform you by Email at least 48 hours prior to despatch of our expected delivery date. We regret that we are unable to specify exact delivery times within that date. All deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt. If goods are showing obvious signs of damage in transit upon receipt, please refuse to accept the delivery.

Cancellations/Refunds
We are pleased to offer a no-quibble cancellation policy, which is in addition to your statutory rights. Should your purchase disappoint in any way, you may normally cancel your purchase provided you notify us before dispatched. Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition and undergarments are not accepted after opened due to Hygienically caused (e.g., if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us email for any returns so that we can direct you to the correct warehouse address, Failure to do this may cause delays with refunds or credits.

Delivery charges are non-refundable once an order is dispatched. Failed deliveries may also be liable for returns carriage charge.

Transit Damage
All goods are examined in detail by ourselves prior to dispatch to ensure that they leave our warehouse in perfect condition. However, transit damage unfortunately can occur. If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us within 24 hours In either case, we will then arrange re-delivery of replacement goods as soon as possible.

Shortages And Faulty or Damaged Stock
Goods should be inspected by the customer upon delivery. The company will not be liable for the shortages, faulty or damaged goods unless notified within 24hours of the received of the goods and no further claims will be entertained after this period.

Legal
Sales on this website are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted by us. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
These terms and conditions only cover the MIBANG UK LIMITED website. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content of websites which are not under our control.
We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that we do not file copies of customer contracts.
